Client Portal Instructions | Concordis Behavioral Health
For existing clients only: Access your Client Portal for confidential messaging, scheduling appointments, uploading documents, and/or accessing invoices and superbills:
Step 1: Visit: https://concordis-behavioral-health.clientsecure.me and choose “I’m an Existing Client”.
Step 2: Enter your email address.
Step 3: Press “Send Link.” Next, a link will be sent to your email inbox from “Concordis Behavioral Health.”
Step 4: Open the email and click “Sign In”. This will take you to your portal home page.
Messaging your Provider: Once logged into your client portal, look in the right hand corner, click the “Message” icon to send a direct message to your provider regarding scheduling, medication, or any other concerns.
Messages from your Provider: You will receive an email notification to check your client portal with any new messages from your Concordis Provider.
